The Goodrich Martian Robotics Team: A Legacy of Excellence

The Goodrich Martian Robotics Team has achieved notable success, particularly at the West Michigan District Event, marking their first alliance selection in some time. Both teams have secured spots in the Michigan State Championship and the World Championship for 2024. Their goals for this competition season include:


- Increasing awareness of science and technology in their school and community


- Building high-performing robots


- Embodying Gracious Professionalism


- Boosting team membership by 20%


- Fostering strong relationships with sponsors through communication, event invitations, and participation in sponsor activities


A Record of Achievement

Over the years, the Martian Robotics Team has built an impressive record of achievements. Team 70 has won 4 District Events, 1 Regional, 1 Division at Worlds, and 1 State Championship. Meanwhile, Team 494 boasts 7 District Event wins, 4 Regional wins, 3 Division wins at Worlds, 1 World Championship, and 1 Woodie Flower Finalist Award.
